Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and emails will be responded to within 48 hours. If there is a problem with processing your order, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
The Book Loft Experience wants you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned.

You may return or exchange books or non-book items as long as they are in their original condition (New) within 5 days of receiving your order. For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
*If you received your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged; please contact us as soon as possible so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
